UPS DELIVERS YOUR ORDER THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY VIA UPS GROUND SERVICE. Other delivery methods such as Air Service and FedEx are also available. Please call for details. Due to size, weight and or number of cartons, it may be necessary to ship your order via freight carrier, F.O.B. shipping point.

PAYMENT TERMS:
NET 30 DAYS:
The net amount of the invoice is due in full 30 days after the invoice date, a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be added to outstanding balances over 30 days old.

ORDERS:
All orders are subject to acceptance by our home office. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-fulfillment due to riot, fire, strikes or other causes beyond our control.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE:
No credit will be issued for materials returned without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Return requests must be communicated to our home office and they must include an itemized list with the date and number of our shipping invoice. All returned items are subject to a restocking charge of 20%. Cut lengths of cable under 500 ft. are not returnable for credit. Returned goods will not be accepted unless tagged with a special return label which we will supply with the RMA number.

CERTIFICATION:
There is a $25.00 charge for each test report or certificate of compliance required for orders having a total value of less than $250.00
